How to Measure for DualDrape™
Use a metal measuring tape, as cloth tapes may stretch.
DualDrape™ is recommended for Outside Mount.
Outside Mount – Windows
Shade is mounted outside the window casing.
Width
To minimize light leakage, the fabric vanes should overlap the opening on the right & left side at least 4″. Select the closest width (rounding up) on the track size chart below.
Height
The length from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the fabric. The fabric vanes should overlap the window opening at least 3″ at the top & bottom.
Outside Mount – Doors
Shade is mounted outside the door casing.
Width
To minimize light leakage, the fabric vanes should overlap the opening on the right & left side at least 4″. Select the closest width (rounding up) on the track size chart below.
Height
The length from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the fabric. The fabric vanes should overlap the window opening at least 3″. Deduct 1/2″ at the bottom.
Inside Mount
Shade is mounted inside the window casing. For inside mount width, tracks are made to size.

How do I clean my shade?
When washing, DO NOT use any cleaning products containing bleach.
- Remove the fabric vanes from the carrier.
- Fold the fabric and put it in a laundry bag before putting it in the washing machine.
- Wash on a cold water gentle cycle. We cannot stress this enough: when washing, DO NOT use any cleaning products containing bleach. Don’t use a spin cycle after wash.
- Take the fabric out. Line dry the vanes until damp before reassembling them onto the headrail.
- Reassemble the vanes onto the headrail and leave them open to dry. This helps to prevent wrinkles.
If ironing, the woven bands on top of the fabric vanes may raise slightly during washing. They can be re-positioned by ironing on the Nylon setting (around 200-220°F).
